As CEO of Paracha Textiles, he transformed the company into  Oil and Ghee, maintaining its original name. His leadership within the  Group subsidiary was marked by unparalleled acumen and dedication to quality, creating a legacy synonymous with excellence in textiles.Beyond his corporate achievements, Haji Nisar Ahmed’s influence extended to Hamza Sugar Mills, Pakistan’s largest and Asia’s top 3 largest sugar mills. His leadership in this sector was characterized by a commitment to nurturing an industry vital for livelihoods and national development. Mian Muhammad Ahmed

Mian Muhammad Ahmed, the CEO of Nisar Group of Industries, is a visionary leader with a legacy of significant contributions to business and industry. Holding prominent roles in various trade organizations, he is the Founder President of the Bin Qasim Association of Trade and Industry (BQATI) and Chairman of the All Pakistan Solvent Extraction Association (APSEA). He has also served as a vital member of key associations, including the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI), as Founder Director of the Pakistan-Sri Lanka Business Council (PSJCCI), and on the Managing Committee of the German Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI).

Mian Ahmed’s professional journey began at Oil Mills, where he honed his expertise in the edible oils sector. His leadership at Oil and Ghee Group brought transformative success to the industry. In 2004, he demonstrated his entrepreneurial vision by founding Ali Daniyal Industries and establishing BQATI to drive economic growth and foster industrial collaboration.

As a Director of Hamza Sugar Mills and founder of AL-Momin Packaging, he has further expanded the group’s influence in the agro-industrial sector. His global vision is reflected in the establishment of AFlex Enterprises INC in Canada, strengthening the group’s international presence.

Mian Daniyal Ahmed

Director (Nisar Group)

Daniyal Ahmed is the Director of Nisar Group of Industries and serves as the Managing Director of both Ali Daniyal Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. and Al-Momin Packaging Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., two of Pakistan’s leading names in edible oil extraction and flexible packaging. He also sits on the Board of Directors at Hamza Sugar Mills, one of Pakistan’s largest and Asia’s fifth-largest sugar mills.

A Pakistani-Canadian entrepreneur, Daniyal completed part of his schooling in Pakistan and continued his higher education in Canada, earning degrees in Marketing and Business Administration. He also pursued specialized training at North Dakota State University, focusing on NCI Soybean Procurement, further expanding his expertise in global agribusiness and oilseed markets.

Actively contributing to Pakistan’s industrial landscape, Daniyal is a Managing Committee Member of key national trade bodies including the All Pakistan Solvent Extraction Association (APSEA) and the Bin Qasim Association of Trade and Industry (BQATI), and a reputed member of the Karachi Industrial Forum (KIF). His active involvement in these organizations reflects his commitment to strengthening Pakistan’s industrial, agricultural, and export sectors.

Having joined the family business at a young age, Daniyal gained hands-on experience across multiple industries — from oilseeds and edible oil to sugar refining and flexible packaging manufacturing. Mentored by his grandfather, Haji Nisar Ahmed, a visionary industrialist and philanthropist, Daniyal continues the family’s legacy of innovation, quality, and integrity in business.

As the CEO of Nisar Foundation, he also carries forward his grandfather’s philanthropic mission, focusing on education, community welfare, and sustainable industrial growth.
